Horrible Shop. No phone access and they are never there. Their 3 year warranty is a joke and they never answer any numbers to talk. Went on many occasions and never there. Don't waiste your time going to this place. 5k out the door and my transmission is still not working. My lawyer will be in touch. 8/24/26 Update: After weeks of trying to reach them, I finally got the car back in. They promised a one‑day turnaround, then changed it to two, and I ended up picking the car up at 9 pm. The transmission is working now, but the pickup was awkward—they confronted me about my review, which felt pretty out of line considering how hard it was to get ahold of them in the first place. They also decided to mess with the air conditioning “as a favor,” and overfilled it. Now the cooling fans run nonstop. So yes, the transmission is fixed, but I left with a brand‑new problem. At this point, the whole experience has been more stress than it was worth.

Marc replaced my 6L80 in my Silverado. Prices were great and very fast service. Went with the custom rebuilt package #4 and now the truck drives even better than it did when I bought it brand new. Would definitely recommend Marc to everyone.

I have a classic car (1972 cutlass) that's mildly customized. A little over year ago the rear end on it gave out while my wife was driving. I had it towed to Champion transmission where Marc serviced it. Because it's an older car and it has some mild customization he had to really do some homework on getting the right parts and as such it took a while to do the work but in the process of doing the work he came across a few other things that needed to be tended to and he addressed those items as well. I mentioned that the transmission was acting up so he ended up servicing the transmission while he had it in the shop. The whole process took some time but because of the unique configuration of the drivetrain he was not content just letting it out the door until it performed properly. Not long after I got the car back I notice some leaking on the rear end and the transmission. I waited to fall to bring it back into the shop and Marc to care of everything and once again went beyond what needed to be done. I just had my son pick up the car and I followed up with Marc on a phone call regarding what I owe him and he told me that everything was covered under warranty and that I owe him not

I only needed a small repair on my Borg Warner T5. But Mark was more than willing to help out. His service was quick and prices were more than fair. He also sourced much needed Hardware for me that I was unable to find on my own. All in all I had a really good experience dealing with Champion transmission

Highly recommend Champion Transmissions to anyone! I had an issue with a rear end on a Chevy express 16 foot box truck that needed immediate repair. I called several different mechanic shops in the area with no luck finding anyone able to do the work. Jeff and Mark were an absolute pleasure to work with. Very honest hard working mechanics, that in my opinion, we’re very reasonable. The dual wheel rear assembly was rebuilt inside and out with new brakes and rotors and is driving better then ever! I own a couple of these box trucks and will continue to use Champion Transmission to service these vehicles. Thanks Mark for doing an incredible job.
